Great service! I especially appreciate the attention your folks gave to my complaint about an easily chipped windshield. Take a look by Googling ""chips in Toyota Highlander windshields." Lots of folks complaining yet Toyota has not yet assumed responsibility.
They did an excellent job at servicing my car. I had new brakes put on, tires rotated and new fluids put in. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Our service rep Jeff always makes coming to Lemans Toyota a good experience. Other service reps try to sell or include other services that are not part of regular maintenance on our vehicles. Jeff makes us aware of these services, but does not state they are necessary. The choice is ours. These extra services wont hurt your vehicle. But, they are not really necessary, otherwise they would be listed in the Toyota service schedule.
Very pleased with service at Sam Leman's. Have always felt they treated me fairly and courteously. Second car with them.
Everything went well. I was bit disappointed when I received the paperwork showing that both engine filter and cabin filter need to be replace. Ironically, I recently replaced both of them which tells me that the tech person did not look at them.
