The service here is always excellent.
In May of 2018, I bought my 2014 RAV4 from Leman Toyota, and the process went smoothly, with a minimum of hassle or stress. Since then, I have taken the car to them for regular routine maintenance, and once for the replacement of the car's battery after it had died and left me stranded in my driveway. I have always been pleased with the quality of work by all the folks there - those who work in the office and those who perform the many tasks in the service area itself.
This vehicle is my daughters. I appreciate the Leman service team taking care of her and her vehicle. As a parent we want peace of mind that our loved ones vehicles are being looked after and cared for as if we were a member of the Leman service team family. All of this happens because of Jeff Wilcoxson and him knowing us and our vehicles. And, knowing we are long-time Toyota owners. Thank you, Jeff, for looking out for our vehicles and providing us with outstanding customer service.
