This was a major recall replacement. Waited over a week for the part to come in. Was told it would take about 4 hrs, then at drop off they said it could be 6 hrs. We pointed out their original timing. Got a call to pick up 2 hours later. Go figure. Originally, I guess they were going to work on it in between other cars. So far, no problems.
Everything completed fine, and much faster than they'd indicated it would be.
Job was completed ahead of time, professionally done, and staff were friendly as a definite plus. Well satisfied with this dealership.
My car was in for check engine light. Had to reflash the computer. They only had to keep my car for 2 days. Service tech kept me informed at every step of the way.
