Sam was absolutely awesome! He stepped in to take over our loan process midway and still managed to get everything done smoothly and on time without any delays. After being told that I would not qualify for a mortgage loan and needed a credit repair specialist, I was referred to Sam. I have only just started my process of purchasing a home. Super nervous because my credit was fair but not great, which is what held me up from buying in the first place.
