Very professional, courteous made my visit less stressful. Listened addressed concerns and answered all questions. Bonus- wait time maybe 10 minutes! Office staff courteous and organized. A very pleasant experience

Dr Black was great. Explained the process and treatment properly. The assistant who attended to us on the other hand was not that great. It’s not good looking down on your customers or sneering at them. You work for a pediatrician, you should be ok with children. Front office staff was great.
