I've worked with several real estate professionals in the past and Samantha is the best. In my opinion, there are only 2 qualities that matter - 1) giving you the sound information and making the best deal possible for you, and 2) being so kind and nice that you don't mind signing pages and pages of required documents. Sam has both, in spades. You'll be glad you worked with her, should you choose to give her a call.

Samantha was great. She was responsive from the onset, and continued to be communicative and reliable throughout the whole process. Every time I have emailed or called her, she would get back to me with a response within hours. While we were in escrow Sam happened to be on a family vacation for a few days and delegated several members of her team to fill in, but she still called me multiple times during her trip to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that the rest of her team had addressed all of my concerns!
