Very good service, responded to to questions very quick both by phone and email. Reps we're courteous, respectful and professional. The only issue was turnaround time, but I cant fault them for that, the rona has everyone running short handed. So to summarize they were fantastic while being overworked and under staffed. Great job!

It was only two days after the store in Forest Hills opened following the pandemic and yet after a detailed phone conversation with the Manager about the best keyboard for me to buy, he arrived with it and assembled it for me at my home. This is nothing short of miraculous customer service, especially given the circumstances, and I cannot praise this gentleman enough. If there were more starts to bestow, I would gladly give them.
