Ordering process was easy and great, there was a security issue after ordering though. But, in general, I would’ve gave 5 stars if there weren’t any problems with the security

I was very impressed with Matthews customer service! He kept in constant contact with me through to the end of my purchase. The items I bought were out of stock at the Sam Ash warehouse but Matt found stores willing to send me brand new products from their inventories so I would be able to have my items quicker and begin using them in the studio! Was extremely impressed by that.

The “expert” was very friendly and helped me get a good deal but the whole reason I called in was to be guided on the cables I need for the monitors I purchased. The wrong cables were sent and I have to return them and place an order for new ones. :(
