Over the years (decades?) I've made quite a few purchases at Sam Ash in Lyndhurst, OH. The staff has invariably been helpful and courteous, and I have never felt pressured to buy anything. My only complaint would be the limited stock, as I have not always found what I am looking for. However, they are happy to place orders, and the convenience of being able to return items to the store instead of shipping them back makes this an attractive option.
