The experience I had dealing with Johnathan Moody was great. I wanted to get a bass guitar for my grandson for his birthday, Johnathan did everything he could to find the right one and to make sure I had it in time for his birthday. I would definitely recommend shopping with Sam Ash music for any music instrument.
The guitar A Martin d 18 sunburst I ordered was supposed to be new from the factory! when it showed up the protective film had already been removed from the guitar, and there were surface scratches on the guitar and the pick guard, I was able to rub them out with polish however I was curious what happened to the guitar I was put on hold & I waited 90 days for. The guitar was supposed to be new from the factory, when it arrived it had no protective film & surface scratches on the pick guard and the top of the guitar itself, I was able to rub them out with polish! I assume it was a item that was taken from one of your stores sales floor, other than that

Great experience. Sam ash was one of the last retailers out of the 3 or 4 i was looking at that had the guitar i wanted in stock (schecter C7 MS silver mountain). I made the purchase via phone and was helped to get one of the last few they had in stock. Got the guitar 2 business days later in perfecr condition (other than schecters sloppy job at the factory stringing).
