I think the service was good and the product came I good time and was packed with care, although I returned the product due to not thick enough wood for a hard shell case to be a hard shell case. John
All and all is ok. Just on the shipping is kind a misleading. I thought 2 days shipping was standard but when after I payed my item it end up to be a 5 working business days. They said because of the warehouse where it came from. Need to make notes that says depending on the item warehouse locations. Also the financing, maybe it should be carried to the customers that paying their own credit card or debit card not just for your own credit card. This will help alot of musian and gain more customers in the end.
