Excellent service and follow up by guitar sales specialist, Vito. Sam Ash could stand to make sure instrument pictures on website are true color representation, as mine was quite a bit off with a light brown guitar that had web pictures with a brown/burgundy mix.Ā

Sam Ash was one of the few companies that had La Bella 830 Folk Singer strings in stock. Their price was among the lowest and shipping was free. Had the strings quickly. Although they are not fully stable yet, they are the best nylon strings I have ever had. Great sustain and clear tone. The ball ends are wonderful. Thanks for your great service. Will check you first next time I need anything musical!Ā
