My wife and I had concerns about a banjo that we had bought. It was a Carlo Robelli banjo. We were worried because the Box show damage but after spending time with it we realized it was a great banjo and my wife told me whatever you do do not send that banjo back. Customer service was very cooperative and even sent a return label to us but after spending time with the banjo we will not part with it it is excellent quality.
