Good customer service. Order ukulele for delivery and it arrived quickly. Order guitar for pickup at night and it was available for pick up 15 mins after store opened. Staff in store was friendly.
I bought a guitar on line for pick up in a local store where the guitar was located. The people at your store were great and friendly and the buying experience on line was easy. The only snag which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I arrived to pick up the guitar when the store opened and having purchased it on line before the store opened, the system had to process the payment so I couldn’t leave with the guitar until that happened. I had to come back to the store several hours later to pick up.
The guitar meet my expectations though the nut was not cut properly at the factory. I do like the guitar over all and am happy with purchase. I received it in a timely manner in new condition. I would not hesitate purchasing through the Sam Ash website in the future.
Nice friendly staff at the North Tampa store. The store itself is huge, and the store entrance when you're walking in from the parking lot is beautiful and elegant. Once I walked into the store, I was stunned to see the large selection of musical instruments. They have everything that any musician could possibly want in a musical store. Also, their service is awesome. They take care of their customers. I will definitely be back to buy more stuff.

So I get a notification that my order has shipped but some how the address was wrong. Second I called them up right away to get the address fixed and some how it ends up back to where the item was shipped from. The lady who help get it shipped back out to me was really nice and had it shipped out right away. I finally received the item and it was not as described.
