Properly packaged, fast and good value shipping, no problems.
A few choir folders were ordered for samples, to see if they would be the kind to replace some very old and deteriorating ones that we've used for many years but which are no longer available for purchase anywhere. The SamAsh ones were as advertised and were received promptly but unfortunately don't contain the kind of inside pockets that we need.

Ordered a bag in store for an old keyboard. Unfortunately when it arrived, it was way too big. Returned the bag to the store and received a refund. Was offered suggestions for possible sources for vintage accessories. Disappointed that the bag was too big, but VERY happy with the customer service.

Color is perfect!!! Tuning was simple and easy! Bought for my wife for her birthday this is her first guitar. She loved it and was surprised to receive it!!! I was happy with the wiring and pickups more than she was. She was stoked on form and fashion more, how it looked and felt. This is second muse signature guitar purchased from SamAsh!!!!
