My salesman, Nick, at a Sam Ash store in Phoenix, Arizona helped me get a very good deal on a barely used MIDI controller, the Komplete Kontrol S49 MkII. He shipped it out to me here in L.A. and I had it a few days later. The unit arrived in excellent condition (I'd say 99.9% like new) and the packaging was done carefully and expertly.
I purchased an open box set of Shure SE535 IEMs. Great price, and the IEMs were essentily brand new - no cellophane, no problem!
The item I ordered was due to be shipped between June or July. To my surprise I received an email at the end of March the item was in stock and was shipped. I received the item in excellent condition and it came hours before the tracking said it would arrive. My guitalele is a Gretsch G9126 ACE and I am very pleased in all areas.
