I have seen a lot of negative feedback about Sam Ash BUT my experience was a very positive one. The customer service/sales representative was cordial and handled my order in a smooth and professional manner. Although my bass was on backorder (my decision to still order it) they were easy to get ahold of and let me know the status. They even reached out to me several times. The competion had this bass in stock, but I really liked the finance options Sam Ash had. I would wait again if I had too knowing the great service I will receive.
