Customer service is definitely exceptional from the buying agent to the clerk that helped me return the purchased item. Item purchased did not work and clerk offered to troubleshoot the issue with me if I wanted and also gave me the option to just have the item refunded or replaced. I opted for the troubleshooting and after testing he concluded, as I did, that the item was defective. Ordered a replacement and am currently waiting on delivery.

Excellent customer service. The Ibanez Artcore I ordered was not in stock so I opted for the Epiphone Casino of same value. Sam Ash was not able to just swap out order but order department promptly canceled the Ibanez and transferred me to sales to put in order for the Epiphone. Sales agent also offered a instant discount which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Sales agent also made a call back after receipt to check on delivery, satisfaction, etc. Very nicely handled!
