I've bought several houses with Sam and team but this one I did all on my own. The team was amazing from start to finish. They not only communicated with me throughout the process but also my realtor to ensure things were moving along and everyone knew what was going on every step of the way. Sam and his entire team (Denise and Julie) were totally awesome. We had some tough circumstances with a short timeline they made it all happen.
