We were requesting $25,000 back to us out of our refinance. We were a little shocked someone did not inform us that closing costs would be taken out of the $25,000 we requested. No one took the time to explain this to us.

The amount we were asking to have back just couldn't seem to be understood. We both tried to explain it multiple times and just seemed that no one understood that we wanted 25k. At signing, we both just gave in and took the 19k +. Other than this issue, Sam was diligent on keeping us updated daily on the interest rate.
