I was a patient of Dr. Jirik’s back in the mid 90s when my husband was stationed at Little Rock AFB. In 1996, I needed 3 crowns. Had the work done perfectly by Dr Jirik, and of course got stationed in another state and had to leave Cabot. Well, here it is all these years later and found a wear spot in one of those porcelain crowns that needs to be replaced.
