Thanks to Sam and Megan for being knowledgable and making the impossible possible. I am a homeowner again! They treated me like family helping me to get my credit straight so I could purchase a home after losing my previous home to a short sale. I‚Äôve been in my home now 3 yrs. Sam was such a pleasure to work with. He made this typically stressful experience so much less stressful. He was very helpful, patient, and quick to respond throughout the whole process.
