This is the second time we have used GSF and had Megan Peterson as our loan officer. She consistently communicated with us throughout the process and ensured all documents that were necessary were submitted on time. Sam personally involved himself to get the loan completed ASAP. Other companies give you a loan officer that just collects information and that is all, Sam is active all the way thru with every phase making sure everything runs smooth.

Not only is Sam an expert at what he does, he‚Äôs very personable and you quickly become friends! He is always available to talk or answer questions, even after hours and on weekends. He seems to easily take away the anxiety of buying a home. The process could not have been any easier and I attribute the ease of closing in my second home ENTIRELY to Sam!
