Good experience with M of O The loan officer I worked with was very helpful and was great about communication. The rate was competitive (5.25 for a 15-year refi). Fees were reasonable and I closed on time. I would certainly recommend Mutual of Omaha (and Steve Holloway, the loan originator, in particular).
