Good Experience Overall We worked with Chad throughout our mortgage process. He always responded super quickly to our questions. The only reason I am deducting a star from the review is that some of the paperwork had errors that took a while to get sorted out or just ended up being more complicated than it needed to be.
Overall good experience Everything was made easy and she worked nonstop to make sure I had the proper documents to get approved.

Excellent Customer Service The entire mortgage process was easy to navigate through the client portal, keeping up to date on my to do list during the process. My loan officer kept in contact with me during the process and did a wonderful job at explaining things further that I had questions on during the closing process. Highly recommend Mutual of Omaha Mortgage they have gone above and beyond in their service that other mortgage companies I've used in the past.
