Reliable and responsive Rick and I got off to a bit of a rocky start - some communication style differences rubbed me the wrong way, so I was seriously considering going to a different lender. Once I communicated what I needed though, Rick adapted and was amazing to work with. We had a lot of ups and downs with our home purchase (outside of the lender's control), but never once was I worried about Rick or his team failing us. Would use Mutual of Omaha again any day after working with Rick!
