Jill did a good job, however, Jill did a good job, however, there was a lot of back & forth requesting repeat documentation from the processing team. I understand this is not Jill's fault, and she did escalate, however with that, and the volume lead to the first lock expiring. Fortunately, after waiting another 30 days, we were able to lock in slightly lower, but had to once again provide new documentation. It was frustrating. Jill made it bearable, and I want her to get the credit she deserves for landing my loans.
