Excellent Company I was in the market to refinance. Other mortgage companies who tried to refinance through the VA for me, just were not equipped to help me through the VA. Then here comes Mutual of Omaha. I didn't know Mutual of Omaha did mortgage refinance. So when they offered to help me, I jumped on the band wagon. They pulled it off.I didn't believe they could but they did. Proved me wrong and restored my faith. Excellent company.
Jill was very available to Jill was very available to us, very quick to respond and very friendly. She never treated us like a burden or our questions as frustrating. If she didn't know the answer to something, she would go find out and get back to us very quickly. The process was very quick and smooth thanks to her work with us.
