My visits here are always pleasant. Staff is helpful to residents. Location is clean and residents appear to be happy with assistance received.

The staff is clearly the difference maker, which is the key to their success. The residents are in very good hands. The facilities are welcoming and when combined with the efforts of the staff, Pacifica Senior Living San Leandro is the place where you would want to include parents or self for the final chapters of life.

This is an excellent community for seniors and seniors who need assisted living. Both my mom and dad are residents. When we first visited Pacifica, we knew right away this facility/ community was perfect for them. The staff is very nice and always friendly. our family couldn't be happier that our parents are now residents here!

Our family is so happy we contacted A Place for Mom. From the initial call we were taken care of and were able to find the perfect Senior community for our mom and dad within two weeks. They are at Pacifica San Leandro and mom and dad are loving their apartment! We utilized Elder Financial to fund their initial move in costs and also utilized a recommended realtor to assist in selling their house! Within the two weeks when I visited our clients here in this community, staffs have been awesome and helpful. Med techs know their patients well, especially my clients hence its easier to get updates and give interventions of recovery to our clients, as well as continued communication with clients family's POC. Front desk were friendly and will greet you with a smile right away. Great feeling working with awesome staffs of Pacifica.
