Great Sunday Brunch spot!
For our first inside dining experience since the pandemic began, Sandbar was extraordinary. We felt so safe and comfortably spread apart from other tables. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious.
Each and every time you walk through the doors of Sandbar you know you're going to get impeccable service and fantastic fresh food choices perfectly prepared. We look forward to dinning again soon!
In this Covid impacted environment, it is was a true pleasure to have a meal in an attractive environment with attentive service and feel that every effort was made to protect the health of the diners.
We always enjoy our experiences at Sandbar and the Manager, James, is doing an outstanding job. He makes everyone feel recognized and welcome. And, they have taken steps to keep everyone safe with distancing, masks, and sanitizing tables. Keep up the great work in this difficult pandemic time!!!
Sandbar is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. The food and drinks are awesome - the ambiance is inviting, beautiful, immaculate, and extremely pleasant - and the service and management are outstanding. Plus Cold Spring Harbor is a lovely town and it is a great place to enjoy a walk around, some shopping and a great meal and experience at Sandbar. You will love it! Try the whalebone! :)
Our first time here, family gathered following a service of interment, many of us in a restaurant for the first time in 11 months. Sandbar professed strict safety measures for staff and patrons, and held to them! A late lunch was delicious and served professionally and graciously. Vegetarian options, seafood and dessert all surpassed expectations. I particularly enjoyed squid ink pasta with mussels, shrimp and other fresh seafood. We wish we lived in the area, so we could return often. A real find!
We have been to sand bar multiple times and its always great!!! It was very nice that they gave us chocolate covered strawberries and my wife a rose for V-Day. Will be back again for sure!!!!
