It went great! After installation, the operation of the equipment was explained thoroughly. I could not be happier. This is my second experience with Sanders and Johnson.
Tech did a thorough job.
Nick was prompt, friendly & professional. I have had this service since I bought my furnace from S&J 20 years ago. He suggested 2 new parts, showed me them & told me why I might want to change them. No pressure. It's exactly what I want for preventive maintenance. I am really happy with Nick h the company.
We've used Sanders and Johnson for all of our HVAC needs for many years, and couldn't be happier. Every technician has been very professional, the scheduling was easy, and the prices were quite competitive. Highly recommend S&J.

We came home from work to a non-functioning AC and called Sanders & Johnson’s after-hours line. They were able to send a tech out almost immediately and our tech (Mike) was the nicest/most professional/most helpful tech. He was able to get our AC back up and running in a very short amount of time (it needed a replacement capacitor) and even showed us how to do some cleaning/maintenance of our unit on our own to help it function better in the future. Successfully.
Realized in the mid-afternoon our a/c was no longer blowing cool air. We immediately called Sanders and Johnson, and they were able to dispatch a technician within an hour. Turns out we forgot to change our filter (oops) and it was clogging up the air flow. Erik was the technician and was super helpful.....he explained how the system works and things we can do to prevent this problem from happening again. Definitely recommend these guys.....they know what they are doing but don't charge an arm and a leg.
Overall a decent, but not great, experience. The technician arrived on time and filled up the freon for my AC unit, which allowed it to work more efficiently. However, the appointment lasted an hour and totaled $425. $175 for the freon and $250 for the labor. Considering the company advertises a $49 diagnostic fee, but actually charges $140 for the first half hour of work, I would consider these shady business practices and won't be using them again.

This customer is incorrect. We only charge the $49 diagnostic fee if someone asks for a diagnosis but chooses not to proceed with making the repairs. However if the customer elects to make the repairs then we waive the $49 fee. Our dispatcher explained this to Mr. [Member Name Removed] when he called us requesting service.
