There was a bed I’d fallen in love with, and NO ONE had it in stock, online or in-store. Sanders had the bed on their website so I called them and Tim, rather than have me come in the store and look around, put me on FaceTime and shopped around the store with me, showing me every single bed option that matched the bed I described.
