Sandi provided easy to understand explanations of the process, fees, and costs, and provided advice when requested. She and her team were accessible and got business done. Sandi genuinely works in your best interest ensuring satisfaction that will make you a life-long repeat customer. She started the process by explaining in detail my personalized analysis of varying interest rates and respective costs and how this would impact my future goals. Afterwards, Jordan was instrumental going the extra-mile to ensure Underwriting approval. On closing day, he was great answering questions before Notary arrived late evening.
