Sandi and her team are the most professional Real Estate group in the city. She knows how to market and sell your home. I am totally satisfied with her results!
Her team seemed too busy to work with us. Promises were fallen through and there were times we weren't called back for days and our emails weren't responded to. It was like we were an inconvenience.
Very aggressive to talk you into accepting her terms when signing a contract. She works with a big team and once you sign the contract it feels like nobody takes responsibly for selling your house. She hardly returns your calls, very poor communications skills. Its all about luring you into thinking she is so great, when in fact she lacks respect for her customers. She couldn't sell our house and when we decided to rent it out she kind of made us feel guilty we are no longer wasting our money on her.

As a professional full time Realtor, in the Real Estate business for over 37 years, I understand the value of communication, respect and teamwork. Sandi made promises to the buyer's broker without consulting us, telling her to keep the buyer in the saddle and we would do whatever was needed to keep the sale, pushing everyone closer to closing and creating a situation where neither side could reasonably back out of the sale without financial consequences.
