I have been going here for years alongside my father as well!! I have nothing but good things to say, I have almost seen every hygienist and they have all been amazing. I have a really hard time with needles and I get super scared/nervous/ and anxious but Dr. Zamora made me feel more comfortable than I ever have. They are all very knowledgeable and let you know anything they are doing as they go, as well as answer any and all questions. Did not see my regular Dentist (Dr. Sandra Fuller) and I was very disappointed from the front desk receptionist, Tina, to the new Dentist, (Charles Langdon). This Charles Langdon did not have ANY bedside manners in my opinion, and acted very standoffish and very unconcerned, unlike Dr. Fuller, who has ALWAYS been very professional and very friendly every time I’ve seen her. it has taking me years to write this review. I had such a terrible experience with Sandra Fuller that I have had trauma associated with going to the dentist every since. Not only did I have a RC that failed which may not be her fault, but I did not know what to do for a couple of days after the failure because I could understand what to do as I reached out to her office while she was on vacation. Upon walking into the office, I was greeted in a very friendly manner(Ashley) When I was taken to the back for my appointment (Shelly) communicated everything that I needed to know. Very receptive to my questions, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand the entire process. The atmosphere in this office is FANTASTIC!! I want to extend a very big thank you for making my visit very easy.
