I had a wonderful experience working with Sandra because she truly cares about the customer. She is a huge asset to KB Homes. My loan was switched to her from the other loan agent who I feel was rude and not customer service oriented. I’m spending a lot of money, as are all of your customers, and we deserve great customer service. Also had poor service with the loan processor Manu Bartlett. Sandra understands first time home buyers very easily. She is always avaialble to answer all our questions and make the complicated process very simple.
I think what made this whole experience great was - To be honest I wasn't sure if buying a new home was in the cards for me. But I chatted things through with Sandra, I asked how I could make it work. And she was very responsive every step of they way. She was like my cheerleader cheering me on to the finish line. But we made it work!
