I had a wonderful experience working with Sandra because she truly cares about the customer. She is a huge asset to KB Homes. My loan was switched to her from the other loan agent who I feel was rude and not customer service oriented. I’m spending a lot of money, as are all of your customers, and we deserve great customer service. Also had poor service with the loan processor Manu Bartlett. I think what made this whole experience great was - To be honest I wasn't sure if buying a new home was in the cards for me. But I chatted things through with Sandra, I asked how I could make it work. And she was very responsive every step of they way. She was like my cheerleader cheering me on to the finish line.
