This was the most confusing and discouraging processes iv ever been through. The entire time we were left in the dark confused and wondering what was going on. We would ask questions, and either not receive an answer or we’d get answers that were not the truth. The day of closing numbers were still being configured and we were told we had to pay off an authorized user account my husband has THAT WE DO NOT PAY USE.
