Overall my experience has been good. Certainly the team has been helpful when I have spoken with them. Biggest challenge is knowing when a refrigerated package will be shipped. Sometimes orders process quickly. Other times they do not and I find out last minute a package is being delivered that day. I cannot always be home or even may be out of town which is problematic for a refrigerated package. Need better coordination and communication around delivery to ensure that a package can be received as needed.
They always answer promptly, and the delivery and follow-up is timely. Excellent service!
Everyone has always been very kind and helpful when ever having questions and or with any medication directions.
