Buddy of mine had problems dropping off a stray pittie…they wouldn’t accept it without the police being involved.

We're sorry that your friend did not have a positive experience. We are legally required to contact the police in order to take in any strays because we are not a shelter.
We have been using this animal hospital since January when we adopted our puppies. We brought them in today for shots and a nail trim (both have had nails trimmed at groomers without any complaints to us or extra charges). Sandwich vet said they couldn’t even trim one puppy’s nails because she was so out of control and they said the other one had to be muzzled and proceeded to charge us $50 for a level 3 nail trim!! Simply put only one person can go in with your pet and still require masks and personal distancing even though we both have had the vaccine they are not seeing my pet again as I can’t trust them if they can’t trust us
Very disappointed🥺 We brought in our little Clyde who is 8 years old and had been in the vet here previously during the pandemic we had a home visiting vet come to our home. Advised us that he had some teeth issues plus and a growth over his eyelid. feeling a little disappointed that during the visit that there wasn’t a mention of putting our little Clyde on an antibiotic right off the bat! PLEASE do NOT go to Dr. Graves if you want your pet to be cared for properly and completely. Our Aussie pup, Chunko, fractured his tibia on April 14th. We took him to this vet and she immediately started pushing a $3000+ surgery to correct it after the exam. Said that we had a 4 week window to operate before complications. We obviously didn’t have that money but we wanted to try so she splinted him. Great Staff and Dr K was wonderful! My poor kitty was in bad shape and she was so good with me and my boys! She is so caring and I am so glad she was able to care for our little buddy! ❤️
