We had our son pick up our dog and we were invoiced incorrectly. Our total bill as twice as much as what we were originally told. We have made many calls to ask about the charges; however, no one has returned our call. We have never spent this much on dog boarding for one night. Customer service is non-existent.
I didn’t realize I was still following this business. I was a frequent customer here in the past. On my last visit, my dog, who they labeled as “difficult” and charged us additional boarding fees for, came home smelling foul and just awful. When I called to ask if he showed any symptoms of being sick while he was there, the person who answered reiterated that he was difficult and aggressive. His name was Will, I believe.
