This was the first time my husband & I ever kenneled our dogs, BlackJack (A.K.A. Jack) and Joey. We were so happy to know that Sandy Hill provided a 'trial run' doggy daycare just to see how our boys would take to being at a kennel. I must say, we were truly amazed at how well they took to Shannon at their first meeting. Jack and Joey, especially Joey, do not take to strangers immediately, but after just a few barks, they finally got close enough to sniff Shannon and let her pet them within just a couple of minutes. We love Sandy Hill Kennels! They always take good care of our dog Sam. Shannon does a wonderful job getting him lots of playtimes and walks! Megan does an awesome job grooming him. She is wonderful with him, especially because he is a little nervous when it comes to grooming. I would highly recommend Sandy Hill Kennels!
Wouldn't trust my pup to be anywhere else but here! Been coming here since 2004!
We had our son pick up our dog and we were invoiced incorrectly. Our total bill as twice as much as what we were originally told. We have made many calls to ask about the charges; however, no one has returned our call. We have never spent this much on dog boarding for one night. Customer service is non-existent.
I didn’t realize I was still following this business. I was a frequent customer here in the past. On my last visit, my dog, who they labeled as “difficult” and charged us additional boarding fees for, came home smelling foul and just awful. When I called to ask if he showed any symptoms of being sick while he was there, the person who answered reiterated that he was difficult and aggressive. His name was Will, I believe.
