I began working with Sanette about a year before I was 100% approved for my home loan. At that time, I was pre-approved, but I was not quite ready yet. With her guidance and advice, throughout the year, she helped get me to where I am today. My mortgage is approved with the best rate possible and I will be closing on my first home soon!
