I was seen by Natalie for a well visit and also for a sick visit. Natalie was friendly and welcoming. She also took the right time to conduct her assessment and explain any concerns. I highly recommend Natalie as she provided excellent care. I would also add that everyone in the office at Sunny Isles was great!

Natalie was very professional and very nice and personable also.
The wait time was very short as always. Natalie Navas-Ross is an amazing doctor. Always attentive and listens carefully to what I as a patient share with her, to all my health concerns. She’s also very responsive to her patients’ needs. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I was looking for an ideal PCP for myself for a long time. And I found the perfect one in Natalie. I also referred my best friend Iuliia Petrova to her. And my friend is also beyond satisfied with the services.
I had a telemedicine visit and Dr NavasRoss was cordial, thorough and very easy to communicate with. She addressed my concerns and although I am a health care professional, she offered her opinions. After the visit, she promptly attended to sending me prescriptions for labs etc in a timely manner. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking integrative medicine.
Very pleasant and helpful front reception! My husband and I have patients of Natalie’s for 4 years she is the nurse practitioner and we would highly recommend her.
