Received a prescription for 1 year, pharmacy received my prescription, then closed at 9 months. When I went to refill the last 3 months, I couldn't get my prescription since the pharmacy was closed, but she refused to send a new one for the remaining 3 months. Since she only cares about getting money, she said I must see the doctor again to get the prescription. Dr. Torres see her patients on time, but I feel she is always in a rush looking at the time or the computer. Seeing patients on time is important, but also paying attention to the patient. I walk out with more questions than answers. She will not dedicate more than 10 or 15 minutes to the max!
