Very disappointed with my primary doctor Nivia Rodriguez I been calling and also went twice for a prior authorization from my insurance for a medication and 9 days later I still don't have the form filled.. I been calling every day talk to Andres few times and they don't have any answer..

I'm dealing with Dr. Betty Caballero for a few months, by law I guess she need to spend 15 minutes to 30 minutes with patients ,she see you for 3 minutes in a rush no complain with the referrals, I have alot of medical issues and I have lost 5 appointment with my specialist because of her, call center is the worse I ever seen. Anything related to Sanitas medical Centers stay away......

I was there in consultation today and the doctor didn’t give me a physical prescription that I needed it for my headaches that I have been taking it for more than 30 years. He stated that he didn’t have his prescription pad. Then I take my neighbor to the urgent care for an eye problem and they don’t send the prescription. I also requested appointments at the urgent care and the guys tells me that I need to go to the pcp side which it was raining. The service is the worst everyday.

The worse medical system I have ever seen in my life, with some exemptions at the front desk (polite) and radiology department (competent and attentive) Other than that, my experience has been terrible so far with my office in Chicksaw. This group is very disorganized, their system of prescription pre-authorization is extremely precarious ( waiting more than 30 days to get a pre-authorization letter to get my meds without success, my med is stuck in the pharmacy because they don't care about sending a freaky pre-authorizatio... read more

Trash service!!! I am so highly disappointed now that there is new staff. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and tells you anything just to hurry you along! I did blood work last month and received an email that the results were uploaded to my portal. Still nothing. I’ve spoken to them twice and the second time was told I can’t view it until the doctor signs off. Wtf is he waiting on??? Did a papsmear where everything was first negative.
