Great vets & caring staff. Cost is reasonable. Very responsive to clients needs. They see birds which not a lot of vets do around here. Even took one of my chickens there. Very happy with the level of caring service they provide.

I'm a new Ferrant (ferret parent) and I was directed to Santa Clara animal hospital as the best place to take ferrets for healthcare in Eugene. So far, they have been great. This week my brand new little kit Hasan had a minor anal prolapse on Christmas night. There was no where open to get care for him until Monday morning 😓. I just want to say that our cat unfortunately passed away this morning before we could bring her in to be put to rest, this clinic goes above and beyond. very compassionate even though my cat was never seen there. The front desk girl that took my 2 or 3 calls as I was frantic and emotional went above and beyond to help me and talk me through everything even after my cat passed away. Our first experience here with our puppy was fantastic. Even though the provider we were scheduled with was out that day, the staff accommodated us and worked us into the schedule. Tiffany was very helpful and professional educating us on standard and recommended additional care options. We are grateful to have a great place to take our pup!

They got my elderly dog in quickly. She was having pain they got her in that day! The staff is amazing! They answered all my questions even the silly ones. They also gave me so much information and details on her conditions I highly recommend!
