Ordered a radar detector from them and it arrived promptly. Something happened where Facebook ordered 5 instead of 1 and I didn't know about it. Santa Clarita Auto Sound called me to confirm and refunded the extra orders immediately. I was under the impression I was just buying a radar detector with a mount and power cord, but it was a kit that came with an upgraded mount and a smart power cord along with the regular mount and power cord. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service provided.

I just upgraded my audio in a 2004 Sienna. Autosound installed a Pioneer 2300 NEX and a backup camera. I had a million questions for Maral. She was very knowledgeable and answered them all. Everything was done as promised and everything works great! I couldn't be happier and the new technology makes the minivan seem brand new. Highly recommend Santa Clarita Autosound!!

I dont know why people have so many bad reviews I HAVE NEVER had bad experience here, i’ve been going here for years, with multiple cars. This is my go to place, my scion tc they did back up camera/head unit and tint an subwoofer an led lights, and my pruis tint , lincoln they just did my headlights an fog lights installing led kits. There customer service is great here. Thank you Henry&David and lady i dont know her name one with glasses is great too 🙏🏼🏼😁🏼
I went this morning for the first time and was very happy with the price and service I received. I needed my SiriusXM radio antenna replaced. The people their were great. Would definitely go back if I needed more work.
