Alicia and Kathleen were very kind and helpful. I have bad knees and they were able to find me a unit near the elevator. I'm very happy with everything. Was fairly quick and easy.

THANK YOU so much, you guys are by far " THE BEST " self storage facility I have ever experienced in THE. O.C.. I am an Orange 🍊County girl, and have lived in several OC communities and love all of them. Thus being said I have used various storage facilities and not loved any of them . . . until SANTA'S. Maybe we will have Christmas this year.
I was very pleased with the customer service especially Catherine and Ryan. They are very helpful and very informative. I'm very happy to join this company for my storage. I'm sure I will have their help and support in the future. Thank you.
The service the manager Kathleen gave us was hospitable, in a family like atmosphere. I found the wait time reasonable the pricing very fair. In fact she worked within my budget that was amazing to me. The waiting area is roomy enough for your family to wait inside and out if the weather with room to spare. The store had ample supplies for consumers, I purchased a cylnder lock ( not required ) the best type of lock for a great price. The documents are paperless which is great for the environment and are sent to your email... read more
Everything went well. The storage is a big complex and our unit is really spacious. Ryan was awesome.
