My wife and I are very lucky to have been contacted by Jacob Howard of Solano Mortgage a year after I originally contacted him and then almost gave up on refinancing our house. Even though I make a lot of income as an affordable housing developer we weren't able to refinance our house because we had lots of development losses that didn't qualify us for conventional loans.
