Sara communicated with me frequently during my refinance process. She sent me timely reminders if I did not respond regarding sending documents or signing papers. She was able to have Lisa, her assistant, pick up documents at my house during the Coronavirus Pandemic. She accepted an iPhone picture when my copier finally died in the process. We feel lucky to have had her help.
